Trauma Informed Legal Practice

I am currently working a project exploring trauma informed legal practice, funded by the Michael and Suzanne Borrin Foundation. If you would like to know more, you can see a summary of the project here.

• For a helpful starter discussing trauma informed legal practice, you can take a look at my recent New Zealand Law Journal article:  An introduction to trauma-informed legal practice for Aotearoa New Zealand [2025] NZLJ 113.  The law journal isn't open access, but if you are a lawyer you can access it through the NZLS library.
